Another VISION CRM goes live

PSP recently installed the VISION application at Lifting Systems Ltd. who Design, manufacture & install gantry structures for overhead factory cranes.

Lifting Systems approached PSP to provide a CRM solution to replace their paper-based purchase order and job management system. PSP worked closely with Project Stakeholders at Lifting Systems to understand and document their requirements/processes and from this developed a fully customised version of its in-house developed VISION CRM solution. Lifting Systems now benefit from a fully automated purchase order and job management process, saving time, increasing productivity and improving performance.

The main use of this new system is to allow Lifting Systems to create purchase orders linked to jobs, and track deliveries.  As well as providing, the ability to monitor the workflow statuses of active jobs and tracks their progress.

Lifting Systems VISION CRM & MIS was created with the following modules:

  • Company and contact management
  • Job and job workflow management
  • Supplier management
  • Purchase order management and processing
  • Tasks and task update tracking

The day at Lifting Systems was very successful. Three members of the PSP team were on site, the Customer Services Manager, Customer Services Support and the Development Lead, when the installation took place. This was completed as all part of the User acceptance testing and training of the system. The system did what they required it to do and Lifting Systems signed off this development.

We are delighted Lifting systems commissioned PSP to install our off the shelf CRM application vision, in the twelve month since the launch of Vision it has now been installed to 7 clients, with another currently in developemnt, who use it for a range of activity from time management, project management, customer and supplier management, membership management, event management, data warehouse dashboard reporting etc..

Vision is a modern CRM-MIS information application which is sold in modular format so you only pay for what you use, fully customisable and capable of being windows or web base application.
