Lincolnshire based pioneering IT Design and Development company PSP prepares to officially launch VISION - an new intuitive real time CRM system. After two years in development, this client relationship management system is already installed and utilised by a number of leading UK organisations.
VISION places focus on providing real time perspectives from financial performance for CEO’s through to individual daily task management. VISION is a standard CRM platform with a suite of standard and customisable modules designed to support financial performance, project management, quality control, client management, sales analysis, purchasing and supplier management, event bookings, administration, email management, timesheets to membership and renewals management and more.
PSP’s CEO Joe Verde explains, “VISION has been developed to work with organisations today, which means being individual. Many of the unique features within VISION are used everyday, however we’ve designed them into one CRM platform which ultimately creates instant access to business performance data when you want and from wherever you are.”
The clean display and simple tabular navigation make VISION a user friendly and aesthetically designed CRM. The modular features and functions allow organisations to create a VISION system which meets their individual requirements, and includes end user customisable dashboards and drag and drop filtering.
Joe Verde explains further how VISION has been received pre launch. “We’ve been developing VISION for nearly two years now and even before the official launch I am delighted to announce we have sold VISION to a membership organisation to manage their full membership and event management processes. It (VISION) has also been sold to a manufacturing organisation where they have purchased the Data Warehouse module and to a local council who have purchased the Flexi-time Management module of VISION and the Helpdesk and Quality module.”
PSP are in further discussions with two other organisations who have highly expressed their interest to implement VISION to manage their sales process and their day to day business operations. The flexibility of VISION has a strong appeal, and with modular options VISION has been designed for the business and the individuals using it.
